Hello! We’re looking for a working professional to join our creative and warm garden duplex from 15 April. Our home has 3 double bedrooms, a nice sized kitchen, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom and an outdoor courtyard and herb garden. We live between Caledonian Road (10 min walk) and Kings Cross (15 min walk) stations, and are just 15 minutes’ walk from Angel, 20 minutes walk to Camden. Your double bedroom would look onto the garden and small park behind. We are two friendly flatmates: Iker, Photographer from the Basque country, and Alice, French American trainer and part time amateur actor, who enjoy sharing creative and cultural discoveries as much as we also value our own space. We like to keep good energy in our flat and keep it in a good condition. We are looking for a working professional who is looking for a home not a house, who is responsible yet also easy going. We’d prefer someone who’s got creative or cultural interests to share. If you want to arrange a visit to our flat, we will ask you for a reference.
