Double room in cosy flatshare in Islington, North Yorkshire for sale

Hi, Our flatmate is moving out which means we have a double bedroom to let in our flat, which is a 2-bedroom maisonette on the top floor of a Victorian terraced house in Finsbury Park. The flat is on a quiet street only 10 minutes walk from Finsbury Park Underground. It is in a really nice neighbourhood with lots of great independent food shops, restaurants and bars nearby. And it is in walking distance of Hampstead Heath, the parkland walk and many other great outdoor spaces. The flat is very homely, has a large but cosy living room, which is currently filled with plants. A reasonably sized kitchen that get great evening light and a small bathroom with a bathtub. Everything is a little shabby, and the bathroom has some tiles which probably weren't even fashionable in the 70s. So it might need a bit of imagination when you come for a viewing.... but the flat is a good size and has a pretty great atmosphere. The room itself is a reasonably sized room with a west facing window and a built-in bookshelf. At the moment the room has a lot of suff in it but once it gets cleaned out it has the potential to be a really nice room. About us... David is, a composer of sorts originally from Scotland who is currently working in publishing and writing very quiet, atonal music, and Frøya is a designer originally from Norway, too tall and too cynical. We love living in london and spend as much time as we can cycling, swimming, gardening the flat and going to exhibitions. We also like hanging out in the flat, baking, watching movies and having friends over for dinner once in a while. We are hoping to find someone who hopefully likes a flat filled with plants and someone who wants to live somewhere nice, wants to chat and have dinner together from time to time - someone who wants to move in and help make the flat feel more like a home. As is stands the deposit is one month (£572) but on top of that there is a one-time agency fee of £96. Bills and council tax come to £55 a month at the moment.
