This brand new mobile home of 40 m2 has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two toilets and a 15 m2 covered terrace. It is an ideal location for a peaceful family holiday. Our mobile home is fully equipped to make your holiday as comfortable as possible: INTERIOR 3 bedrooms: A large parental room with 1 double bed, en-suite bathroom and toilet 2 additional bedrooms each with 2 single beds A second bathroom and a separate toilet. A large open plan lounge / dining area / kitchen with plenty of natural light thanks to the large french windows that open on to the terrace. Large L shape sofa that converts into a double bed (130 x 190 cm). Kitchen equipped with oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. Air conditioning / heater unit. Hair dryer, CD/radio player, clothes line, cleaning equipment. Duvets and pillows provided. EXTERIOR Wooden covered terrace, parasol, garden dining chairs and table, lounge chairs. Electric barbecue. LOCATION Quiet spot in a cul-de-sac with a 4 minute walk to the swimming pool and entertainment area (so no noise disturbance). The campsite is secured by a 24 hour camera car reconnaissance security system. It is well maintained and has a very welcoming team. The closest beaches in Carnon (5 Km) and Palavas les Flots (8 Km) can be easily reached by bike on the cycling paths. The beach town La Grande Motte is just 12 Km away. Montpellier (10 Km) can be reached by tram from the centre of Lattes, which is 5 mins from the campsite. Shopping centre (Auchan and Carrefour) is 5 minutes away in Pérols. ONSITE ACTIVITIES AND SERVICES (Fun Passes required) Swimming pool, kids pool and water slides are monitored by life guards. Swimming lessons can be arranged. There are 3 kids clubs (from 1 to 4 years, 5 to 9 years and 10 to 14 years) and an outdoor stage for shows and evening entertainment. Fitness area and sun loungers just beside the lake. Bar, restaurant, take away, pizzeria, mini-supermarket, laundry. Kids playground, basketball, volleyball, table tennis, pétanque, football competitions and many other sports available. Bikes for the whole family can be hired from the campsite. CONDITIONS The rental contract must be signed and returned. 50% non-refundable deposit to be paid on reservation, the remaining 50% to be paid 1 calendar month before the stay. A €450 cheque guarantee to be provided on arrival in case of damage to the Mobile Home. A €50 cheque guarantee to be provided on arrival in case the final cleaning of the Mobile Home has not been done. The cheques will be cashed in after the departure inventory has been completed if there are missing items / damage or the cleaning has not been done. Smoking is not permitted in the mobile home and animals are not accepted. Rental is on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday during the summer. Arrival from 16:00 onwards and departure before 10:00. Sheets and towels (they can be hired from the campsite) Fun Passes. The Fun Pass gives access to the different activities offered by the campsite: the swimming pool and slides, the Kids Clubs and the various sports programmes. Fun Passes can be obtained from the campsite. Cleaning during and at the end of your stay
