Spacious, quiet and unique flat on Upper Street in Islington, North Yorkshire for sale

My lovely housemate is moving out so I'm looking for a like-minded professional person to come and join me in this great place! The flat is very spacious and right on Upper Street. However, it is above shops and at the back, therefore, very quiet. The bedroom is a double room and very large - comes with furniture. The bathroom and living areas will be shared spaces. There is a spare bed that can be curtained off if friends or family visit - which is always helpful! The flat has been painted recently and had some small renovations but it is an old working shop that was converted by the landlords parents many years ago. It makes it a long and unique flat. There is a patio but it is shared by the neighbour and the landlord. I am the main tenant on the lease and allowed to sublet the other room. The landlord lives in the flat upstairs and there is a couple in the other flat who are lovely. It's a nice atmosphere! I will be putting a few photos up now and more later - want to make sure that I can take some in the light to show off the place. Would love to meet and show off the flat to see if it's a good fit! Will consider a couple although split the costs three ways (probably an extra £100 - 150 on the room all up but happy to discuss as I need to look at the split!). Fenella
